Whether you’re coming from a different industry or looking to pivot within your current tech-adjacent role, this program equips you with the skills and confidence needed to excel in the world of Business Intelligence.
BI Academy is a technical program designed by Girls in Tech Luxembourg and sponsored by Innovative Initiatives – as part of the Department of Media, Connectivity, and Digital Policy (SMC) of Ministry of State. Therefore, BI Academy offers tuition-free admission.

Who Can Apply?
We are looking for ambitious and courageous non-technical women from diverse backgrounds eager to transition to IT roles such as Business Analysts, Data Analysts, or Business Intelligence Specialists.
Enrollment Details
Duration: 15 Weeks (including bank holidays and projects’ preparation)
Start Date: 9th of March
Location: The technical courses will be delivered online (Monday, 18:00 – 20:30), except for the first and last session, which will be held on-site in Luxembourg.

1st step: Fill in the application form by the 11th of February.
Every application is treated with respect and carefully reviewed, so you will hear from us by the end of February, no matter the outcome.
2nd step – Interview selection.
If you are on the short list, you will be invited to an interview to discuss more about your motivation and discover more details about BI Academy.
3rd step – It’s a match!
If your aspirations align with the program’s objectives, we’ll initiate the onboarding process and extend an invitation for you to start your BI journey.
